On Track Innovations (NASDAQ: OTIV) is looking for Sales Associates to join our growing Americas sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Building and expanding accounts, recognizing internal and external customer needs and assisting Sales Managers to close business when needed. This role is a stepping stone to a sales manager role.
- A high functioning individual with strong business work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- This role requires occasional traveling.
- Interface and provide feedback to various teams in the company: Sales, Marketing, operations etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales. Selling into the cashless payments ecosystem such as POS, tier 1 banks/acquirers/payment gateways, card brands, vending and kiosk operators a strong plus.
- A strong desire to learn and demonstrate an understanding of the hardware, software/services and certifications involved in bringing cashless solutions to North and South America.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- Must be team oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Be ready and confident to challenge and be challenged in a positive way, support and motivate your team members, listen as well as be heard and contribute to a satisfying and successful working environment.
- Must be able to work in a small team environment, often wearing multiple hats and helping out when necessary.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
