Ofer Tziperman
Ofer Tziperman Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tziperman (50) brings over 20 years of managerial experience in the international high-tech industry. He originally joined OTI in 1995, where for nearly five years as VP Marketing and Sales he played a major role in turning OTI to an international organization with subsidiaries and distributors around the world. He was deeply involved in the Company's initial public offering in 1999 in Germany. Mr. Tziperman left OTI in 2000 to co-found LocatioNet Systems Ltd., where he served as its CEO and President.  In this capacity he led LocatioNet Systems to become one of the pioneering technology providers in the Location-based Services market. During this period, Mr. Tziperman gained practical experience in monetizing the LocatioNet patents. Mr. Tziperman is an ex-attorney and practiced commercial and business law.  He holds an LLB degree from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, and is graduated from the Israeli Navy's Naval Officers Academy. In 2001, the World Economic Forum honored him as a 'Technology Pioneer'.  

In 2011, Mr. Tziperman re-joined OTI to lead its global parking business as the President of PARX Ltd. Under his leadership, PARX has expanded its product portfolio from a single product to a full range of products, and quickly expanded on a global basis with commercial deployments in eight countries.  He is a co-inventor of four new patent applications in the field of car parking.



Shay Tomer
Shay Tomer Chief Financial Officer
Shay Tomer, 35, is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and joined OTI in 2007 acting first as a controller at its headquarters in Israel and then as deputy CFO since 2008 Among his responsibilities were consolidation of the global quarterly and annually reports, planning a global budget for each of the subsidiaries, implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and managing the company’s cash flow. Prior to OTI, Mr. Tomer was at Ernst & Young’s audit department and was a lecturer and instructor in accounting on the Open University of Israel. Mr. Tomer holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa. 



Amir Eilam
Amir Eilam Vice President - Research & Development
Amir Eilam has served as OTI’s VP of R&D since February 2012. Mr. Eilam has been with OTI since 2005, acting first as embedded software engineer, and then as manager of the Firmware and Petroleum departments. Mr. Eilam specializes in OS design for OTI embedded products. He holds a Bsc in Electronics Engineering from Ort Brauda College of engineering in Israel. 


David Azoulay
David Azoulay Chief Operating Officer
David Azoulay has served as the Chief Operating Officer since January 2005. Between 1989-2004 Mr. Azoulay has worked at U.S.R. Electronic System, a leading EMS company, starting as a production manager and advancing to logistics manager. Mr. Azoulay holds a B.A. in Industrial Management and an MBA, both from University of Derby


Nehemya Itay
Nehemya Itay Vice President Hardware Engineering
Nehemya Itay has served as Vice President-Hardware Engineering since July 1995. From 1990 to July 1995, he was employed by OTI as a research and development engineer. He served as a director from 1991 to July 1999. Mr. Itay is a member of the Joint Task Committee of the International Standards Organisation on standards for contactless smart cards. Prior to joining OTI, Mr. Itay was a hardware development engineer at Electo-Galil, an Israeli manufacturer of radio frequency-based identification cards, from 1986 to 1990. From 1982 to 1985 he was a hardware electronic engineer at Elscint, an Israeli technology company. Mr. Itay holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from The Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology) and an M.A. in electronics from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
