Responsibilities

Strategic thinker and strong business acumen are essential in this role – support business development, implement best practices, supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

Plan and direct the architecture and development of new products and improvement of existing products.

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

Oversee budget and roadmap for the entire group

Requirements

  • Deep Knowledge in the payment market –expertise in the unattended payment market

ATE test Engineer/practical Engineer

Job Description:

Office: Rosh Pinna, HaZafon (North) District, Israel

We are seeking an Automatic Testing and Production Engineer to develop testing stations for FTK and OTI in production FG testing, working closely with R&D team from the early planning stage of the test method according to testing best practices(ATE BKM). Working with Sub-contractors for preparation for mass production. Collecting testing results and analyzing test results from the production floor. Improvement yield. Problem-solving and ongoing support in production lines @ the FTK site (Israel and China)

Position Responsibilities:
Typical duties and responsibilities, but not limited to,

Design and establish automatic testing stations (PCBA E-Test, final test, Shipping & RMA out of box etc.).
Supporting production and solving technical engineering problems.
Implementing on the production floor for every new product or ECO.

Collecting testing results and analyzing the production Yield  with R&D team, and QA
Releasing technical documents (Testing plan for production, Testing Req. traceability)
Documentation testing files in the PDM system.
Guiding sub-contractors staff.

Job Qualifications:

B.S.C in Electronic Engineer or electro-mechanic Eng.,

Or experienced Practical Eng.
Experience with developing testing electronics high volume products (NFC, RF, BT, Card readers)

TestStand  or ATEase knowledge – an advantage

developing testing scripts and testing SW

Knowledge of Configuration Control

Knowledge of electronic boards and analyzing problems

Experience in working with production floor (FTK)

Windows, DOS, C knowledge

Documentation procedure and testing doc in English

Experience with industry and Automotive technology- an advantage

High technical capability (electronic + mechanic)
