Chief Executive Officer
Shlomi joined OTI in August 2015. Previously he acted as the president and CEO of RayV (acquired by Yahoo!) which provided market leading online video-streaming solutions.
Prior to RayV, Shlomi was part of the global management of NICE (Nasdaq: NICE) a publicly traded billion-dollar software company, in the position of EMEA President.
Previously Shlomi held senior executive sales positions with leading technological companies including being head of the global broadband solutions division – Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens Communications (Frankfurt: SIE), BATM Advanced Communications (London: BVC) and Eldor Computers.
Chief Financial Officer
Yishay Curelaru took the position of CFO in January 2016. Previously, he served as OTI’s controller and deputy CFO since 2013, overseeing the company’s finance department. During his time as deputy CFO, Yishay demonstrated his ability to lead and gained vast experience in the financial and accounting sector. Prior to OTI, Yishay was a senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Yishay also served as a captain in the Special Forces within the Israeli Defense Forces.
Yishay received a B.A. in economics and accounting from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
VP of Research & Development
Amir Eilam has been OTI’s VP of R&D since 2012. Amir has been with OTI since 2005, acting first as embedded software engineer, and then as manager of the Firmware and Petroleum departments, specializing in operating system design for embedded products.
Amir holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Ort Brauda College of Engineering in Israel.
Larry Susman joined our team in February 2017. Prior to OTI, Larry headed the sales and marketing department at Shekel Scales and has over 25 years of extensive international business experience with expertise in the retail and medical markets. Part of Larry’s experience comes from when he worked at Retalix (acquired by NCR in 2013) for over 10 years as an integral part of the executive team. Larry was the key account management for Tesco, one of the largest retailers in the world. He was also responsible for the vision, development and international sales of Retalix’s successful Warehouse to POS Solution.
VP of Operations
Mr. Abramovic has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive of operationsOTI in public companies as well as in start-ups. During his career he gained broad knowledge and skills in operations, logistics and IT.
Prior to OTI Mr. Abramovic was VP of Global Operations at Radware (NASDAQ : RDWR), VP Operations at Broadlight (acquired by Broadcom), VP Operations at Radlan, and was member of the founding team and VP Operations at BreezCOM. His professional career Mr. Abramovic began as an Operations Manager for networking communications provider Lannet.
Nehemya Itay has been OTI’s Vice President-Hardware Engineering since July 1995. From 1990 to 1995, he was employed by OTI as a research and development engineer, and was a company director from 1991 to 1999. Nehemya is a member of the Joint Task Committee of the International Standards Organisation on standards for contactless smart cards. Prior to joining OTI, he was a hardware development engineer at Electro-Galil, an Israeli manufacturer of radio frequency-based identification cards. Previously, he was a hardware electronic engineer at Elscint, an Israeli technology company.
Nehemya holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from The Technion (The Israeli Institute of Technology) and an M.Sc in electronics from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Tamir Ben-Yoseph serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and is responsible for the company’s and its subsidiaries’ legal affairs. Prior to joining OTI, Tamir served in a number of senior in-house legal capacities for technology companies located in Israel and in the United States and represented clients in commercial, civil and regulatory matters in private practice in the United States. Tamir is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA (B.A. 1999) and The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC (J.D., 2002) and is licensed to practice law in Israel and in the United States (Maryland and the District of Columbia).
