Voter ID and Election Management system


This system is an End-to-End Solution, based on OTI’s proprietary state-of-the-art Voter ID Registry Magna™ platform, including Voter Registration using OTI’s Stationary and Mobile Enrollment Stations, and issuing of secure and durable Biometric Voter ID Cards to all eligible citizens of a country.

The system incorporates an Automatic Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) Biometric system, which ensures avoidance of multiple voter registrations attempts, thus ensuring “One Voter-One Vote”.

In addition, the system provides advanced software for electorate management, a candidate management system, objections & appeals handling.

OTI’s solution supports both online and offline communication, thereby allowing every citizen, from cities to rural areas to vote, regardless of the area’s communication infrastructure. The solution is designed to provide maximum accuracy and security while being user friendly.
