Project & Documents Design 

OTI provides in house graphic layout design and art work of Identification documents along with provision of full coverage of user, operation and maintenance manuals to support any ID Project.

The cost of a poorly planned and mismanaged ID projects can be time consuming and a costly process. The formation of an ID Project team has a primary importance to ensure the successful implementation of any ID system project. An effective project plan must be developed to identify objectives, analyzing potential risks, structure, deliverables, resources and responsibilities. Time schedule with critical paths along with milestones must be managed comprehensively. All logistic coordination, technical and financial follow-up, quality assurance and acceptance criteria must be applied to project suppliers, subcontractors and internal OTI’s task performers with full progress monitoring and synchronization.

Project Assimilation

OTI is highly experienced in assimilating large ID systems such as National ID, e-passport, Voter ID, etc.,  which require in-depth understanding of large scale organizational ID Systems. OTI’s experts carry out comprehensive assimilation program implementing policies that facilitate technology importation to transfer the technological know-how from OTI engineering staff to its customers. OTI’s Assimilation process passes through a few stages, from awareness to Interest and commitment, evaluation/trial, Limited deployment (Pilot) and finally for full deployment. OTI ensure that training and education provide an appropriate balance of the many technical skills needed to customer technical staff.  In particular we urge the introduction of a crash program for training the management personnel in charge of technology.

Training and Knowledge & Knowhow Transfer 

OTI provides a full range of standard educational workshops and seminars as well as courses tailored to specific requirements. Training available in 2 plans, on-site for customer who wants to be able to understand and Support their ID System and Class training and courses for any purpose by OTI experts who have hands on experience of managing and implementing ID projects involving all ID system various subjects. All training and courses are targeted to each individual audience wherever in the world they are delivered. Practical exercises are included in each workshop to ensure a full understanding of the impacts of the subject being discussed. OTI personnel are well experience in tailoring the training and the courses to fit any time frame and audience background.
OTI offers a comprehensive Knowledge and Knowhow transfer, which allows its customers to operate and maintain by themselves the system, after quite a short knowledge transfer process.   Maintenance & Support

OTI’s Customer Services teams work to the highest standards to ensure that that  the service level agreements are met. With a range of service levels available, OTI provides flexible maintenance and support packages tailored to meet exacting customer demands. OTI Provide 1st and 2nd various level support from On-site parts and Labor warranty with different response time to resident engineering staff and service resources. Software maintenance and support will be provided on level 3 and 4 via OTI support engineering team for on-going customer support concerning problems of troubleshooting, patches and bug fixes, software updates, Implementation, configuration and testing issues. The support team, operated by a Help Desk, will review and coordinate successful resolution of all support requests and communicate findings and solutions to the Customer.

Project Funding

Global demand for national ID systems has increased very rapidly during the last decades. However, government financial resources to provide such infrastructure somehow are insufficient. OTI can provide a financial option as Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) to finance, develop and operate the national ID project. OTI is able to undertake construction (build), operation and maintenance including fee collection (operate), and finally after a certain period of time transfer the project property to government (transfer). OTI can also provide a Public-private partnership (PPP) in this case OTI is able to operate through a partnership with a government to provide a national ID system.
